The format of the contest pits teams of three programmers competing against the clock. The software used for development is scheduled to be: based on Microsoft Windows 7 with Dev C++, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Oracle JDK 7. Each team is given six programming problems. They then try to write programs to solve as many of these problems as possible in the allotted time (scheduled to be four hours). The team that correctly solves the most problems wins. If multiple teams solve the same number of problems, the team that solved them fastest wins. Expertise in quick-and-dirty hacking is usually more valuable than rigid software engineering techniques in such an environment. Experience with debugging stupid mistakes is also a plus.

We intend to provide contestants with the following programming tools under regulations.

  1. Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012
  2. Dev C++ 5.11
  3. JDK 8u9 with NetBeans 8.1
  4. Eclipse for Java ( Eclipse IDE for Java Developers )
  5. Cpp reference manuals and JDK 8u91 documentation (found in c:\ACM )
And we will use the Contest tool from here.
